Effley N. Brooks, III, MBA
Effley Brooks specializes in leadership development workshops and seminars. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and a Master of Arts in Business Administration. He is certified in two models of Emotional Intelligence (Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test and the BarOn EQ-i) and in the Intercultural Development Inventory instrument, a developmental model of intercultural sensitivity. Effley Brooks is a core faculty member of the Regional Institute for Health and Environmental Leadership (RIHEL), the Advanced Physician Leadership Program (APLP), and the Youth Leadership Forum (YLF). He is also an adjunct professor in the Pioneer Leadership Program at the University of Denver.

She has 25 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies, directing diversity-related organizations, designing policies, and investigating discrimination cases. Her doctorate degree focused on male/female workplace communication. She enjoys consulting nationally with corporations, agencies, and communities to build inclusive leadership skills and harassment-free work environments. Dr. Brown volunteers as the Diversity Director for the Colorado Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) state council. Joe A. Gonzales
Joe A. Gonzales, is a mediator, trainer and facilitator for strategic planning processes, especially for communities and organizations undergoing reorganization and change. He works as a senior consultant with numerous groups, including the Enterprise Foundation and the Center for Public/Private Sector Cooperation at the University of Colorado Denver. His expertise includes training in group alignment, mediation for organizations and communities, consensus-building strategies and conflict intervention.
Bruce Koranski
Bruce Koranski served as director of planning and development at the Center for Teaching International Relations at the University of Denver for 13 years, where he trained teachers in cross-cultural issues and the impact of international trends on U.S. society. He was the editor of Consumer in the Global Marketplace and has worked as a consultant with Chevron, Coors, Disney, the U.S. Forest Service, Lockheed Martin, Up With People, Storage Technology, Hewlett Packard, J.D. L. Bonita Patterson consults with a broad array of Fortune 500, small business, government, and non-profit clients in the areas of communication, emotional intelligence, leadership and team development, diversity, and strategic planning. Her experience includes executive management and leadership positions in IBM, a U.S. Department of Energy closure project, and a leadership development company. Bruce Pfrommer
Bruce Pfrommer works primarily with nonprofits and foundations to manage transitions and achieve goals in the areas of human rights, inclusiveness (race/ethnicity, gender and sexual orientation) and healthy communities (environment, health and community development). For over 15 years, Bruce worked within government, for-profit and non-profit sectors, with a focus on team development, conflict resolution and individual coaching on issues of sexual harassment and equal employment opportunity.
Dr. Jose Reyes
Dr. Jose Reyes consults nationally both in the private and public sector. His work with organizations includes: Organizational Diversity and Cultural Competency Integration, Respectful Workplace Strategies, Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Integration of Cultural Competency in Trauma Informed Services. For the past 25 years, he has been working and developing culturally competent strategies for organizations nationwide on strategies to integrate and sustain organizational cultural competency and a respectful and welcoming environment. He has consulted nationally with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Minority Health, HHS Office of Civil Rights and State Offices of Minority / Multicultural Health. He has also consulted and presented nationally to the National Well Infant Care Association and Women Infant and Children Programs. Dr. Reyes’ mission is to provide and create a common understanding of diversity as a primary component of service excellence.
